Catching Up
04/10/2013
We’ve been busy here at Arrow and we wanted to share some of our most recent developments. We are nearing completion of our most ambitious project to date, the web-based version of Arrow HHS. For a year, our developers have been working hard to make sure that we bring Arrow forward while maintaining all the power and flexibility of the Windows-based system. We are beginning the final testing phase and we hope to show off the new product soon. Some exciting new features will be available including integrated maps that will display employees together with clients.
This project hasn’t stopped us from business-as-usual activities. In New York, this means support for the continued changes in Medicaid reimbursement, the shift to managed care, and the wage parity regulations. We have welcomed many new agencies who have found Arrow to be the right solution for their increasingly complex needs. We have made several enhancements to our Time & Attendance system that we are now starting to deploy. And we are preparing to release the Arrow Compliance Portal, a website that will allow agencies to give access to payers in order to receive more timely billing information.
It’s shaping up to be a busy summer. Stay tuned and don’t hesitate to call us with your questions.

03/19/2012
On March 14-16 you could find members from the ARROW team exhibiting at the Illinois Home Care & Hospice Council (IHHC) 2012 Annual Conference & Exposition in Chicago. The vase majority of attendees came from the home health (Medicare billing) segment. Some of the more prominent themes that we picked up on were: latest fraud prevention measures, new compliance-related developments, targeting re-hospitalization, conversion from ICD-9 to ICD-10 and partnering with skilled facilities. We’d like to thank all who came by our booth – it was a great opportunity to make new friends, and likewise see some familiar faces.
ARROW Supports NYC Wage Parity Rules
03/01/2012
ARROW is currently working to support the new living wage parity law that is going into effect in New York City. We can automatically create the adjusted rate level entries, eliminating the need for manual work. For agencies that wish to identify specific appointments in the schedule where the wage parity law will apply, the base rates will be left intact and the ARROW schedule will automatically raise the rate to the correct level when the appointment is marked as being “Subject to Wage Parity”. Please be in touch with us to learn more about wage parity updates in the ARROW System.
